How do our rates work?
We charge a flat rate for common tasks like car registrations, license exchanges etc... Or multi hour ad hoc packages incase several tasks are required, or if you'd like someone on call for any assistance in the future. We deduct the time worked off the prepaid hours, and theres no time limit to use this up.
How can you ensure that you'll carry out the work that we've paid for?
We provide a signed contract to all of our clients that legally binds us until the contract has been seen through. We ask that this contract is signed, and our invoice has been paid before proceeding with any work.
Where are you based?
We're based in the Dordogne, between Sarlat and Bergerac. We can handle most French admin related tasks digitally. We have clients all over France!
Can you recommend an accountant/ certified translator/ or insurance provider?
We collaborate with several companies who can provide services that we can't.
How long have you been doing this line of work for?
Officially, 3 years. But Andy has been handling French admin for over 20 years. He moved to France at the age of 11, and learnt the French language before his parents did, meaning that he had to help out with their admin from a young age. A few years later, when he lived in the French alps (for over 15 years), many non-French-speaking friends often asked him for help with everyday admin tasks. Until we started this business, Andy was a chef. We have two young kids, and he didn't see much of them because of the working hours. This is what lead us to starting French Admin Assistance.
